Cancellation Policy


We aim to offer peace of mind and ensure a seamless booking experience for our guests' future travel plans. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policies to provide greater flexibility for new bookings made directly with Bleisure Hosting.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us promptly by emailing support@bleisurehosting.com and include your booking ID.

Direct Bookings with www.bleisurehosting.com

When making a new booking directly with Bleisure Hosting via our website or through our sales team, your chosen property will have one of the following cancellation policies:

Flexible Policy

  • If you booked directly with Bleisure Hosting and wish to cancel your stay, you will receive a full refund (less a 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in.
  • You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
  • For cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement, or government restrictions (including COVID-19), you will receive a full refund (less a 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in.
  • A 50% refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
  • Documentary proof may be required for cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement, or government restrictions between 14 and 5 days before check-in.

Moderate Policy

  • If you booked directly with Bleisure Hosting and wish to cancel your stay, you will receive a full refund (less a 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 30 days before check-in.
  • You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Strict Policy

  • If you booked directly with Bleisure Hosting and wish to cancel your stay, you will receive a 50% refund if cancelling at least 30 days before check-in.
  • No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 30 days before check-in.

Bookings Made with Bleisure Partners

For reservations made through channel partners such as Airbnb, Booking.com,  VRBO, and others, please refer to your booking confirmation for details on your cancellation policy.

If you are uncertain about your cancellation policy, contact our team by emailing support@bleisurehosting.com with your booking ID. We will inform you of your options based on the selected cancellation policy and the partner through whom you made your reservation.

Payment Policy


We aim to offer peace of mind and ensure a seamless booking experience for our guests' future travel plans. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policies to provide greater flexibility for new bookings made directly with Bleisure Hosting.

Flexible Payments

Flexible payment options are available for select Bleisure Hosting bookings made through our website or travel consultants, with no additional fees. The first instalment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance(s) will be automatically charged to your original payment method on the dates specified in your booking summary and confirmation email. Reminder emails will be sent to the email address used for the booking two days before each instalment is due.

Please note, it is the responsibility of the lead guest to ensure valid payment methods and sufficient funds are available when automatic charges are due. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. Guests also have the option to settle their remaining balance earlier by contacting our travel consultants at sales@blesiurehosting.com

Full Payments

For bookings requiring full payment, or when full payment has been selected, the entire balance will be charged at the time of booking. Once payment is made, we are unable to change the payment terms.
