We prefer to take possession of properties for at least three years, and our minimum contract duration is one year. When you rent out your apartment to us, you are entering a long-term partnership.

We prefer both unfurnished & furnished properties. We lease furnished apartments, and so we have a local supply of appliances, custom furniture, electronics that we use to upgrade our spaces.
